Ava's Demon

New characters continue to be a thing.

It seems their mission is surveillance. They don't actually seem to be making much of an attempt to hide though, Odin could spot them if he happened to look that direction.

So, if I'm reading it right, she grabbed Odin's ring, swapped the ruby in it for a lookalike, and returned the ring?

I wonder what the significance of that ruby is.

It's a tracking device.

Although the original ruby seemed pretty significant to Odin since he was so desperate to find it. But Crow just threw it on the ground so... it's useless to her?

Maybe it's an heirloom of sorts? Or maybe the stone isn't the interesting part?

Update.

I think Odin is my favorite character. Yeah, I don't know why either.

Anyway, we're back to following Ava, and she apparently can store stuff in her chest.

That's Mundane Utility if I ever heard it.

I'm also hoping this doesn't lead Ava to having a Walking Shirtless Scene...

I'd call it an interesting variation on Victoria's Secret Compartment.

I was going to suggest that. Either that or make a cavity search joke.

"Wrathia, why is your plan a bunch of bad drawings?"

This line was really funny to me for some reason.

One would think that, seeing as Wrathia has just as much to lose as Ava if she fails, she'd make her plan a bit less complicated and more difficult to screw up out of misunderstanding. Like "Finding My Lost Warriors And Killing Titan For Dummies".

Well she can kind of contact Ava and clear things up at any time, so it's not like she needs to be all that specific.

Well, having customer support is all well and good, but an instruction manual is useless if the person it's made for can't understand it. Why not just have the phone?

Wrathia's attempt to make a pact with Ava consisted of forcing Ava to write "PACT?" millions of times. Then getting pissy when Ava didn't understand. Wrathia is terrible at communicating with Ava.

I guess you're right. This comic is lucky its art is gorgeous and I'm still kind of rooting for Ava. Gil is some kind of brainwashed, Maggie is a manipulator, and Wrathia is an idiot and possibly just as evil as this TITAN. The rest I don't know enough to care about either way.

I find it very fun to try and guess what's coming up next. I have to say Ava and Odin are probably the most interesting characters at the moment, especially now that we've been introduced to Ava's snazzy new shades and Odin's charming family. Gotta wonder what's up with the ring though.

Doesn't seem to have been an update yesterday.

I'm fond of Odin myself though I'm not really sure why. I guess its the mystery of him, we know nothing about him except he knew the planet was going to be destroyed and he has two goth girls tracking him.

I posted my theory on the previous page, and a bit more at the top of this one.

I think the two goth girls are his sisters. I added them to the character page but it needs a lot of editing. I think right now a lot of Odin's appeal is both that he is a mystery, and apparently a bigger magnet for trouble than Ava. The Arrows seem to be a very screwed up family either way.

By the way, how do you color your text like that?

It's not hard. Just put your text in spoiler tags, but instead of the word spoiler you put the name of a colour.

Well Odin Raven and Crow all have the last name "Arrow", so them being related is a pretty good guess.

I know that's kind of mild for a guess, I'll try to stretch a bit further to guess what sort of power Pedri would grant? I think he would probably give something like casting a shadow or a living shadow since he's associated with black magic and death.
