The official art depicts them as being more reptilian in nature, but the name is misleading. tongue

Look, I haven't read them since I was ten. Ten year old me wasn't good at picturing hairless bladed chickens. [lol]

But you had no problem picturing them as 8 foot tall two legged walking bagers with blades all over em? [lol]

I never did finish the Animorph series.

It ends on a rather depressing note.

Yeah, badgers were easier. :D

I've read about that. Way to reward people for faithfully following you through over fifty books. >.>

Anyone know when Ragna's usually on? I'd like them to edit before I continue.

Pretend there's something clever written here.

Well, the entire point of the books was that war is hell, so I was satisfied with the bittersweet ending.

[up] I think I remember a bunch of fans sending the author complaint letters to change the ending. Is that true?

Yup, and it was right stupid.

Oh, the Animorphs ending? All I know is that I've heard the Mass Effect 3 ending be compared to it, and seeing how people reacted to that, well... >.>

Hmmm. Kinda tempted to have Ash introduce himself by hurling Pokeballs at those weird "Pokemon" he found, but probably not a good idea.

Could've at least finished the war, though. Eugh, fifty books to wrap up one conflict and it... isn't. The timeframes covered must be longer than many actual wars. >.<

Anyway, enough on my thoughts of why that qualifies as bad writing. XD

Didn't it end on a Kill Em All where the team kamikazed the Visser's ship with their own? [lol]

Honestly, in a young teen series you do not expect that sort of ending! evil grin

Not the Visser's ship, but a ship belonging to renegade Yeerks that worship something called "The One", which is hinted to be either Crayak or the things that Crayak was running from to begin with.

Working on a post now. I'm actually finding it surprisingly hard - after all, it's not like this is exactly a "normal" work environment for Kestrel.

I'll wait for a few more posts before Toph says her name, so Korra can go "oooooooh shit"

And posted. As if it isn't obvious, feel free to interact with Kestrel; he's simply a bit overwhelmed. tongue

Ragna: I mentioned it here, on the last page.

Around the temple and in a pretty wide circle around that, only the sky has that blank whiteness. The ground is mostly normal aside from the featureless grey patches.

Also, from what I know of Disgaea, that seemed a touch out of character for Flonne. Don't have her go insane just yet, the RP just started tongue

Alrighty. I have introduced Red Arrow. I don't know if I made him stoic-like or something.
