I took more than necessarily apparently
Anyway, this comic is really silly at times
Meanwhile in twitter, the hamster lost two hats to the snap

Also, this is the first interactive update to use Javascript instead of Flash. In honor of that Kaz gave a eulogy to the file format on the comic's twitter.
Okay, yeah, there's five endings.
- Internalized Racism: Score 1-19999 points, feeling deep shame at your embodiment of racial stereotypes.
- Embraced Heritage: Score 20000-32999 points, discarding your past notions of socially acceptable behavior.
- True Khajiit: Score 33000+ points, embracing your inner kleptomaniac.
- Carousel of Issues: Fail to score a single point, dishonoring your ancestors and prolonging your misery.
- Failed Experiment: Attempt to fill your bag using telekinesis.
My current high score is 39,573; supposedly someone in the comments got upwards of 50,000 legitimately.

>Katia: Realize that gold weighs a lot

And then potentially get arrested for all the breaking and entering you did last night
I feel kinda bad making five posts in a row, but whatever. The hoods are back up for sale, including cat-sized ones and "LEGO minifig" ones... as in an actual custom-made LEGO set with a Katia minifig, complete with an official-looking box and instruction booklet, because Kaz is an absolute madman.

Amazing.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersHey, just in time for an update. >Katia: Deliver Apology
We also get some insight into the logic Katia uses to justify her phobia of royalty. It's... interesting. I also like her making up with Gaius, and the two coming to a mutual agreement that Kings and Cults are both equally scary.

In other news, the fanart booru has been bought out by CairnCorp. EDIT: It seems the merger didn't go through; the booru is back to normal.

I mean, probably? It's not like the city's gonna just disappear.
Oh no
Worldbuilding is fun, writing is a choreUpdate was delayed a month because Kaz was making an Advent Calendar of flash minigames. The first one lampshades this.
- Vaermina: Rejoice in holiday festivity, mortal! The esteemed weaver of nightmares has lost a bet, condemning her to deliver one full month of holiday cheer instead of her glorious works of art. Whereas you would otherwise wake in a cold sweat with memories of horrors untold, for one month it is thus my will that you shall awaken filled with the warm glow of Saturalia spirit. The scenario has been established. Your enjoyment begins... now.
Quill-Weave: Hold on, so this is a dream? And Saturalia's in two days, isn't this—
No update to the comic, but the second week of the advent calendar minigame has been heralded by the arrival of The First Saturaliarch: Sleepless Eye.
EDIT: Week three begins, heralded by NOTHING EVERYTHING IS FINE
EDIT: Week four. Dawn of The Third SECOND Saturaliarch: Ceaseless Voice. Also night 19 doesn’t exist. Don’t worry about it. Everything is fine.

Five month hiatus ho! Final level of saturalia still isn't finished because reasons. COVID is apparently taking a toll on Kaz's personal life, so

Continuing my hotsreak of being the only person who still posts in this thread. Three updates since April:
The amount of time spent on restoration is excruciating
At least we got vomit snake out of it
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAlso, Kaz gave some juicy Word of God in the comments — part of the reason Katia has so many identity issues around being Khajiit is that her parents were of the almost-identical-to-wood-elves "Ohmes" furstock.
To a regular Hammerfell commoner, Khajiit are a strange people from a far-off land. You might understand seeing one at a trading post, selling some foreign ware you're not interested in, or in a diplomatic position, passing through town with a bunch of fanfare. But how do you respond to a little kid? She's not a mysterious traveler looking to keep to herself or conduct business; if she was born in the region, she might not even understand that she's different. Before long, though, she'll realize that she's not one of the Normal People, and if anything is beholden to the stereotypes of a culture she knows nothing about.

Oh that’s interesting
Forever liveblogging the AvengersIn which we learn more about the Inner Workings™ of Cairn Corp® and the Soul Cairn®, and gain a small lead in the mystery of the Dream Thief.
And then Katia triggers a skeleton's PTSD.

Dammit Katia
Forever liveblogging the AvengersInterestingly, Oblivion actually does not have anti-undead spells in the Restoration school, but Skyrim does.
Worldbuilding is fun, writing is a choreI am reminded of the Dresden Files, Fallen Angels offer their services for free so as to make you reliant on their help until you're really in trouble (often by their design) and are willing to offer your soul for greater services.

Two updates since I last posted.
>Katia: Inquire further about CairnCorp®
>Katia: Add a mana bar to your mental HUD
... in which Katia continues to accidentally traumatize the undead.
I'm sitting over here amazed at how terrible gallons is for measuring magic.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersShe should be glad they aren't measuring it in [SCREAMING]
>Katia: Swan dive!
Or, "Katia Discovers her Inner Khajiit", or, "Cat Jokes Episode III: Revenge of the Nip", or, "Internalized Racism: The Update."
Seriously this is probably my favorite update yet. And the flash minigame supposedly has four endings, of which I've discovered two.
In fact, judging from the comments it looks like there's five endings, possibly six. No wonder this took two months.
