As long as HL 3 gets released before I die I'll die happy.

If Duke Nukem Forever came out, I have no doubt this will come out.

But the question is... will this (if this is indeed not a joke/trolling attempt on the behalf of a gamer looking for cheap heat) come out before the end of the world this time next year?

It'll be released and they shall cheer to the heavens. They'll load it up on steam pop it in their PS 3/360's...

And it's just a continuous stream of Gabe, saying everything that became a meme, with bright flashing letters, either "Worth the Weight?" Or something about "You remember those fat jokes delaying the game? You were right."

And then steam will explode from pure, unadulterated RAGE.

I'm calling it; it's a fake. We all know it's just some attempt by Valve to get the internet community riled up again!

Now a Half-Life 2: Episode Two: Part 1 I could see.

I've given up on seeing a Half Life 3 or HL 2 Ep3.

Let's wait for CS 2, Dota 2 and then the next franchise Valve starts (or hires based on modders) and its subsequent sequel (but not the third, no sir).

Why would it matter in a sequel?

This can't be real.

Oh dear. Has Valve finally learned to count to three?

The reason I say "Guh" is that it could mean "Half-Life 2: Episode 3" or "Half-Life 3".

Hate to burst all your bubbles, but if Half Life 2 and Team Fortress 2 are any indication, Valve sometimes records voice acting lines and then throws them away when a change is made. See: Eli Vance's lines in the leaked Beta about stuff like the Particle Storm that never made it and the unused lines from Meet The Sandvich.
