If there's no source, and in fact interviews that contradict it, I feel like it could possibly be removed.

So I think I forgot to mention that I managed to get the Star Egg.

So that just leaves the Super Jumps and then Smithy.

I did manage to do 29 again. I'm so close.

I have no idea how I'll do 100. I'm just so bad at keep it consistent.

TIL of an unused Dark Back Cursya in Super Paper Mario that apparently would've been able to boot Mario out of the Pits of 100 Trials.

Apparently the hamster wheel level wasn't already the worst thing in a Paper Mario game.

And at least that could be skipped by looking up a guide or remembering the code. I can't imagine how much anger this enemy placement would have caused. The devs knew what they were doing by limiting its appearances in the first chapters of a given world.

Do people actually like the Pits in Super? I have some "childhood trauma" from them because as a kid I got to the boss of the Flipside Pit and died, but I cleared both Pits for the first time recently, and my experience was a lot more positive.

I like the concept of the Game & Watch-styled rooms, but in practice they're rather boring and (like the rest of SPM) too easy to ever feel close to challenging. The only time I ever died in one of the Pits (and probably the only time I ever died in SPM at all outside of deliberate suicides) was because I decided to goof off with a Shell Shock and wound up getting hit by my own attack. It deals your attack damage, even to yourself.

Also, making you go through the Flopside Pit twice is especially bad. First meeting with Shadoo should have just been on Floor 50.

I was just wondering, are those spellings intentional? Aside from that, you listed Luma twice. And honestly speaking, if you're gonna keep the Koopalings and Babies, it'd be best to add the Broodals from Odyssey.

Personally speaking, I'd also add E. Gadd, Foreman Spike, Wart, Tatanga, Stanley, Cranky Kong, Dixie Kong, Captain Syrup, Mona, Jimmy T, 9-volt, Ashley, Dribble, and Spitz.

Right. So as you know, I'm trying to do the super jumps.

Right now, just doing 30 super jumps is a challenge. I've gotten up to 29 twice, but the tight timing of each subsequent jump makes it harder and harder so many times, I crap out at around 13-15, maybe sometimes getting up to twenty something.

I've tried pressing when Mario lands on the monster, I've tried watching his shadow (which does help a bit but not enough) but I just can't seem to get the timing that would let me keep going.

Anyone got any tips? at this rate I might never reach 30, let alone 100.

Considering Foreman Spike was in the Mario animated movie, I'd love to see him in a new Mario Kart, or even new mainline Mario game! Either visitable like how Mario visited New Donk City and met Pauline in Odyssey (I loved that part!), or as a playable character in a large cast ala Wonder.

Same! I had always liked him to begin with and am glad the movie raised his pedigree.

I finally have all two hundred and forty two stars in Super Mario Galaxy.

I would like Foreman Spike back too.
