No wifi, no clean water, no visible settlements, an incredible amount of Grass-type Pokémon that seemed to not respect the Vow. And all that I had to guide myself was the sight of the Embedded Tower by southwest and the egregious mass of clouds by the north.»

«The Victreebell around are a pain. They tend to attack and then let us go, as if expecting that we'll just make a mistake and die out there, alone... Fortunately Solrock has saved us by lifting us to the tops of the trees, where we can rest for the night. There are some incredible sights around here... and lack of them two. I have barely seen a bug Pokémon. Not even a Weedle. The place is a moving mass of Weepinbell, Cacturne, Nuzleaf, Oddish and their evolutions. The mountains to the north however seem to be undisturbed except for a random Houndoom pack that seems to be migrating towards Johto, so here I leave the notice for Wild Pokémon Services.»
