-Megan can't really do much more than tromp extremely slowly after the fight-

-and then Vee sweeps beneath her, cresting into a wave-

Slowking!Megan: -[hippo noises]-

Megan/Vee used Surf!

-it's a lot more effective than most Slow-line's efforts to float-

-but even then they're really outpaced-

-a Latias zips silently past them after Izaya, launching a stabilizing(?) Heal Pulse at Lydia as he goes-

-and then the world changes-

-and they're back-

Megan: !

-ah, zero gravity-

Megan: -grins-

-she hurls her trident into a distant bulkhead-

Vee: -coiling around her- <Ah, jus' like new times.>

Megan: -grin, despite herself- Just like!

-and she "recalls" her trident, yanking herself forward at a terrible rate-

-as she passes it, she snatches it out of the wall, pushing off her trajectory-

-then she clings to it like a fireman's pole, planting her feet on the base of its head's prongs, soaring down the hall points-first-

-Vee spirals down, reshaping into a streamlined wind shield, and a newly-empowered Pollen shoves them forward telekinetically-

-the enemy's gate is down-

Logan: -is so far ahead of them-

Addie: <Space again!>

Eric: -adjusting telekinetic grip, as Logan's intent- <Wait, what?>

-and Logan tries to lasso Izaya from Latiasback, Addie channeling a Thunder Wave along the Line-

-everyone stops to watch the entrance of the four hosting Macrauls-

(-briefly preluded by someone turning off the lights and blasting some different music, for some reason-)

-Ian looks around at the walls and ceiling of the Conference Room and smiles-

-Scratch squawks and is sent somersaulting back in the lack of gravity by Halis' attack-

C found himself lying on the floor in some kind of tight pilot suit. His cane had transformed into a high-tech one with a blaster on the end.

Lita meanwhile was wearing some kind of form fitting black exosuit. Her katana looked similar to how it always looked but the very edge glowed blue. Her Gallade, Sideswipe, was wearing a cape and a helmet.

Lita: "Quick, while they're disoriented!"

She and Sideswipe float at Multiman's team and let out a flurry of tag team slash attacks.

"Eugh..." Des expressed disgust upon stepping on the fleshy floor, but kept moving with the group.

-Ian the Pikipek continues to chase Izaya through the halls of the Mobile Base, noting that due to the lack of gravity, Izaya is a lot faster-

Me: -thinks to self- He's fast... but maybe if I can use the walls, ceiling and floor to my advantage... giving me enough speed to catch up to him... It's perfect... He may be fast... but so am I!

-Ian the Pikipek bounces around off the walls and the ground, gaining speed as he does so-

Mobile Base, Multiman

-...and follows Izaya to Multiman-

Ian the Pikipek: Well well well well well... It appears I finally have the pleasure... or should I say, displeasure of meeting you... Dr. Multiman, I presume?

Me: Well, haha! I imbued a broom that my buddy Piku-chan found in a convenient pile of brooms in the Stormchaser's Gym with a small piece of my psychic power, allowing it to fly...

As for flying the broom itself, I figured that it's a lot like riding a bike, except of course, no wheels, several feet off the ground, and the high chance of crashing into things... Took a while to get the hang of it, but get the hang of it, I did...

Piku-chan: <He still needs to work on landing it, nya.>

Me: My buddy brings up a good point...

Jonathan: Well, well, well. We are going to get along just fine. Pleasure to meet you, C. I've been tailing the Macrauls for a couple of years now. Reports about creepy things in their basements. Potentially stolen artifacts. And of course, their ongoing spat with Dr. Tagg and PEFE. Too bad this other friend of mine isn't here. He's a living spectroanalyzer; he'd tell with one sniff if this drink was spiked.

He takes another sip. It seems to taste fine.

Jonathan: I know that was sarcasm but I can confirm. The Macrauls don't sell Time Shares. I sifted through the paperwork in their family offices once. A lot of papercuts that day. They typically invest in large corporations, real estate, oil, franchise restaurants that aren't Yonut or [Tim Hortons]. Those hosers couldn't even pick a good doughnut joint to invest in.

Kinkan City Museum, Past

Shutter: It was pretty awesome. We did a few shots of pelagic pokémon swimming while scuba diving. Current was cold; felt nice especially since it was humid that day. We caught a bait ball of magikarp that looks silly especially near a better coordinated shoal forme wishiwashi nearby. We tried getting as close as we could to the actual current, but that required

While wandering around a bit absentmindedly, they accidently bump into Janus.

They look around for a bit before realizing they're the one being referred to.

Halis: "Oh, no no, I'm actually neutral genderwise, but if that makes you feel more comfortable talking to me, you can keep referring to me like that. It's a nice party, though admittedly I don't handle large crowds well."

They're still wearing their Medjed bedsheet costume, so it's unlikely they have much perception either. If you could see their expression, they're still fairly nervous, though a bit more relaxed by the presence of someone else who's quiet-spoken.
