Delutaya is a Japanese-language Youtuber, livestreamer, and utaite who publicly debuted on 31 December 2020. She is best known for her use of a vocoder to cover Vocaloid songs, and her other talents include drawing and gaming. She primarily interacts with her fans through Youtube, Pixiv Fanbox, Twitcast, Twitter, Discord, and QQ. As of 21 March 2023, she has 277,000 subscribers on her Youtube channel.

- She mistakenly believes that the Sky Hunter shadow puzzle could be solved using an antique coin, and spends several minutes attempting to match the coin to the shadow before finding the eagle sculpture she needed.
- She attempts to fight three Molded in the basement using only a pistol and a knife. It takes eleven deaths for her to decide that she needs better firepower and goes to solve the shotgun puzzle.

She holds a diamond rank in Apex Legends, and is able to land consistent headshots in Resident Evil 7 despite her hand constantly trembling from being scared.
- Kindhearted Cat Lover: She is a compassionate person who worries about the health of her translators and tells her fans to donate within their means, and owns several cats that she either rescued from the streets or adopted from family friends.
- Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: She is easily scared by insects, including butterflies.
- Woman of a Thousand Voices: Played with. Her actual voice range is not too versatile, but her experience with vocoders allows her to imitate many different voices using technology. The most common voice she imitates is “Debutaya”, a gender flipped version of herself that looks and talks like an obese man.
