Kiyohalis seems none too pleased by this development.

They concentrate for a moment, morphing again and blasting back at the missiles and the robot in particular with Dragon Rage.

Kiyohalis: <I don't normally do this more than once in a fight, you know... maybe I should just stay like this if you're going to be so persistent.>

Fuka (pouting): That Pidgeot didn't seem very impressed... (turns to the sea) Gyari! Show that Pidgeot your Dragon Dance!

The Gyarados bursts out of the water, straight up. A red aura starts to glow around him, and it starts roaring and head banging.

Fuka starts headbanging along with him.

Fuka: Yeah!

-A strange Staraptor, feathers the same color as a Corviknight's, and a normal Happiny exit their containment units.-

Delta Staraptor: <Finally. Once I find the dastards who put us in here, I'll gouge their eyes out with these talons and torture them until tell me where Empress Edelgard is.>

Happiny: <...but Edelgard's dead. I saw the professor herself execute the empress. It was quite sad, actually...>

Staraptor: <Preposterous. Why would Byleth turn on Edelgard like that? Siding against the church and helping lead the Adrestian army to victory, only to kill her wife later?>

Happiny: <What in the goddess's name are you talking about? The professor's my wife, and she joined the church in defense against the Empire.>

-A person in jeans and a metal band t-shirt rounds the corner, closely followed by a person in a big, ornate mage robe who is currently checking their smartphone-

-The mage robed one is silenced by their near-identical twin and looks displeased for a moment before noticing that they've just arrived next to a group of heroes engaged in a frackas against some kind of robot-

???2: Oh. Don't mind us, just continue your little battle!

Azure: <Thanks! That doesn't help me at all.>

"HIT THE DECK" Daydre tries to tackle Azure to the ground, but Azure was already dodging and Daydre just sorta ends up ineffectually stumbling. Azure, meanwhile, clears his throat and then screams at the robot at the top of his lungs.

A Litwick exits her containment chamber, looking around warily.

Litwick: <Just when I thought I was finally done, I get snatched here. That's just perfect!>

Tellius

Astraea: "Sooner rather than later, or they're going to kill each other."

She turns to the former prisoners, and raises her voice to be heard over the din of the room, looking to Pent in particular.

Astraea: "We're the Shepherds. And the J-team. We're going to deal with the people who were keeping you here and trash this place! I suggest you hold off on any conflicts until after we do so."

She glances down at Agrias and Ashe.

Astraea: "Mobius retreated further into the base. Let's follow."

The three head in the direction the Mobius grunts were fleeing.

A Pawniard walks out of one of the containment cages.

Pawniard: <I will not suffer the indignity of confinement by their hands again, and they will pay for that. Hubert! With me. The blue-haired woman has a point.>

She waves a claw in a motion to follow her, and starts walking after Astraea.

A Rowlett and a Manectric jump down out of another cage.

Rowlett: <This is demeaning.>

Manectric: <Tell me about it. We have asses to kick so we can get back to Lady Rhea.>

Rowlett: <Oh, please, I think a dog suits you just fine. I'll kick their asses for... this, though.>

She glances down to her borb form.

Manectric: <I think a bird is pretty fitting for you. Besides, you're cute like this.>

Rowlett: <Stuff it before I add your name to the list of asses getting kicked.>

Aurelius interposes himself - and a protect barrier - between the missiles and himself, Vi, and anyone close to them.

Vi: "Thanks. Rip it to shreds."

Aurelius: ~With pleasure~

He rushes up to the robot and attempts to start ripping anything important out of it.

Vi finds the nearest Mobius grunt and tases him.

Silas sees his opportunity, "Hacks with me, rapid fire aura spheres, knock anything out of the way you can."

~Roger that!~

Silas and Hacks Dart forward, as Wayne takes to the air and shoots a dragon pulse, and Tae spits a hydrocannon.

Roxy stares at a shiny Pawniard and a Shinx, currently a little panicked.

<Byleth what in the name of the goddess has happened?!>

<Dimitri calm down.>

<I am attempting to remain calm but my senses are driving me crazy!>

The Pawniard took a deep sigh and then looked up, seeing Roxy.

Roxy felt there was something familiar about the stare she was getting, and then realized it was the same unemotive glare that Silas gave everyone else.

"Oh these two have got to meet," She commented.

<Agreed,> Amber said with a grin.

Lita stops in front of one of the units as a Roserade walks out.

Fuka: I'm just passing the time while I wait for the ferry to Kanto. (gestures to Gyarados, who has resumed swimming and Binacle, inspecting her sand castle) I let these two out to play since we're at the seashore.

Brie: Yeah. Probably a good plan.

...Meh. I just realized, I can't catch a Gyarados. All already has one. Honestly, I don't think any Memito Complex member has ever been so inconvenienced by him.

TPAAW Raid

-While most of the missiles fall against the Protect barrier and one of the Dragon Rages knocks a missile away close by, the robot unleashes a pulse that either dissipates any attacks fired or knocks anyone close by away, before firing yet more missiles.

Okay, time for a new plan, Dragon Rage guy is giving me an idea.

-As the robot fires a second missile barrage I run up and spin towards the missile with Cleffa's power, sending it back towards the robot and partially cracking its casing as it sends even more missiles while extending its arms to sweep at us-

This battle seems to be enraging them, slowly but surely, as they swiftly move back out of range of the arms.

Kiyohalis: <Fine, you want to get burnt to ashes? Have it your way, then. Thankfully they aren't around to see me like this...>

They start firing off flaming Dragon Rage-based projectiles at a faster and more intense rate, with less accuracy as well. It's possible if this goes on for too long they might get burnt out doing so, or even risk hitting an ally.

Jean: Jonathan, I'm assigning you to cover the upcoming Renaissance event. I have heard glowing reviews about its planning consultants. Professor Hawthorn has nothing but praise for one of their historical consultants—a Mr. Arthur Grant.

Jonathan: Grant? Like the spaceman Grant?

Jean: Says he's a member of the same family. I hear they're usually military types, so finding an experimental archeologist in their family was quite unexpected. A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.

Jonathan: Indeed. Now let me see if I could find the appropriate costume. When did they say this was again?

Jean: Planning on averting the stereotype?

Jonathan: Well, I was, but it's strictly a [European] thing by the looks of it. Unless I see someone dressed in full Samurai armor, I don't think this is gonna be an issue if I pander to the other half of my heritage for now.

As the late teen neared the Renfaire grounds he would spy a man with black hair and white highlights in an alchemists cloak leaning onto a cane and reading from what looked to be an ancient tome. Scratch that, the Spirit Halloween sticker was still on it.

-After about fifteen minutes or so, Lissa is also here, with mussed-up hair and a dick scrawled onto her forehead that she doesn't appear to have noticed yet.-

-She looks at Lita, then glances around.-

Lissa: Wait, is it just the two of us? I'm not complaining, I just... the word "army" led me to expect a little backup, is all.

Duskull: ~Beat me to it.~

She pulls her closer and licks her thumb, rubbing the awful graffiti off of her.

"Better. Now, I've no idea where her other girlfriends are, and I'm not sure if he should wait for them or soldier on."
