No, only Red is a Heroic Mime. The other P Cs can talk just fine.

As for his team: Gothitelle, Throh, Accelgor, Jellicent (M), Ferrothorn, Mandibuzz. They're pulled from his Defense-oriented pool for the Battle Subway.

Why would an Accelgor be on a Defense oriented team?

-Has finished eating breakfast and is now skulking around the stadium-

-Hilbert walks onto the field-

Hilbert: Hope I'm not too late. You ready to begin?

The in-game Accelgor has Bug Buzz, Encore, Focus Blast, and Protect, and hold a Focus Sash. It's in the Defense-oriented pool. I don't know why either.
