-Ren and co. watch as P-1 is recalled-

Ren:Caitlin has a nasty little combo going on there. The more she uses that chain, the harder it'll be taking that thing down with special attacks, plus after using it enough even the toughest pokemon can be taken down with two shots. That Jacob fellow needs a pokmon that has decent special defense, attack, and resists electrical attacks in order to have any chance at winning this.

-Gogie's Defense falls as well-

Gogie: <Yeah, but I thought it was mine for a bit and some parents should still want it.>

-He then makes a Scary Face-

<And...honestly, if we can't find out whose it is, I might keep it.>

Ripley: <Ugh, fine. Pity, that thing looked tasty...>

-She hops away from Gogie and back over to Herbert's side, where a young Sneasel stares up at her from his lap.-

Newt: <Eeee?>

Ripley: <...I don't need you getting on my case as well.>

Caitlin: "For all your attitude, you don't look like you're very good at this."

Jacob: "You can question my luck, by NEVER doubt my skill! You all vastly outclass the Gym Leaders of this region, but you're still just a trainer. As such you cannot stop me. Allow me to demonstrate it, my claims that I am among the upper echelon of all trainers! Discord!" -Sends out Discord-

Discord: -With a look of determination, and adjusts his Black Glasses- <Jakes deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. And I'm gonna make sure he gets there! YO! PINK THING! GET! OUT! OF!>

Jacob: "Crunch! Now!"

Discord: -Leaps at the Musharna- <OUR! WAY!>

Caitlin: "Show us then, how well you can back that up. Go Gallade!" -Sends out an Alakazam. If you honestly believe that you're stupid-

"Gallade, Close Combat!"

Gallade: -Adjusts his Muscle Band then jumps at Discord and delivers a series of devestating blows-

Discord: -Is heavily damaged but stays standing-

Jacob: "Discord! It's-"

Discord: <PAYBACK TIME!> -Rushes at the Gallade, darkness gathering on his body, and slams into him for a fair bit of damage-

Caitlin: -Yawns and rubs her eyes- "Drain Punch."

Gallade: -Since Discord was already so close, he just punches the Tyranitar, and absorbs the minimal amount of energy he inflicts-

Jacob: ".... Impressive."

Unova League

-Ren looks at Caitlin's Gallade-

Ren: I better start taking notes.

Jacob: -Thinks- "Let's see how you deal with this! Pest, go!" -Sends out the Golbat-

Caitlin: "...A Golbat? Named Pest?"

Jacob: "Don't criticize me! Pest! Double Team and Aerial Ace! That Gallade has done enough damage!"

Pest: <Meheheheh. Alrighty then. Hey! Meathead! Meheheheh. Good bye!> -He creates a few illusions of himself and zips into the Gallade with surprising speed and force-

Gallade: -Is caught off guard and hit, and sent flying-

Caitlin: -Is now fully awake, and with a small grin- "This is actually exciting! Go Reuniclus!" -Sends out a Reuniclus, and it's holding some leftover food-

"Now chain Calm Mind and Psychic!"

Reuniclus: -Draws energy into itself and hits Pest with a Psychic-

Pest: -Is hit for quite a bit of damage, but holds on- <Meeeeh! My brain...>

Jacob: "Pest, just a little more, you can do this. Nasty Plot! Shadow Ball!"

Pest: <Meheheh? Why do you have so much faith in me..? OH WAIT! Meeeeeheheheheh! I just had a wonderful idea! Oh yeah, Shadow Ball too, meheh.> -After having his devious idea, he hurls a Shadow Ball at the Reuniclus-

Reuniclus: -Is hit and sustains quite a bit of damage, but eats some of it's leftovers and heals a little-

Caitlin: "Reuniclus, use Recover!!"

Reuniclus: -It heals itself though some way-

Jacob: "WRONG! Pest! Again!"

Pest: <MEHEHE! I JUST HAD AN EVEN BETTER IDEA!> -Fires another Shadow Ball at the Reuniclus after having even more vile thoughts-

-After a relaxing morning sitting with Selene on the roof, Dune's stomach begins to rumble.-

Dune: Welp, lunchtime. Come on, Selene, let's go grab some sandwiches with the others.

-Dune puts two fingers to his mouth and whistles. Shortly thereafter, Big Dom and Garuda fly up to the ledge.-

Dune: C'mon guys, let's get down from here and grab something to eat. Lunch is on me today!

Garuda: <Observation: Lunch is always "on you", as you are the only being amongst us that carries currency.>

-Dune and Co. then head down to the cafeteria, where they can either watch the current challenge or be interacted with-

Ripley: <See, this is why I advocate just eating it. It would make things so much simpler. Besides, if they just left it lying around here, then surely the parents didn't want it anyway.>

Herbert: Ripley, be quiet! I'm trying to take notes here!

-He continues to watch Jacob's battle, though his note-taking is somewhat undermined by Newt sitting on his lap and attempting to use the notebook as confetti.-

Ren:Good strategy, but yeesh, can that Golbat be any crazier?

Caitlin: "Don't get too overconfident. You're only halfway done. Alakazam!" -She sends out an Expert Belt wearing Alakazam-

"Calm Mind and Psychic!"

Alakazam: -It closes its eyes and draws power into itself, its Expert Belt glows as he hits Pest with a powerful Psychic blast-

Jacob: "An Alakazam? Well then Regina, your turn!" -Sends out Regina-

"Calm Mind and Shadow Ball!"

Regina: <Right.> -Draws power into herself, and prepares a Shadow Ball-

Caitlin: "Alakazam! Encore!"

Alakazam: -Begins clapping and jumping and demanding more Calm Minds-

Jacob: "Oh you've got to be kidding. Regina! Calm Mind and Shadow Ball!"

Regina: -Is flattered by the Alakazam and displays another use of Calm Mind-

Jacob: "REALLY!?!"

Aurora:<I wonder what Blythe is up to...?>

-Blythe is lying upside down on Rawst's bed, watching Beacon rapidly channel surf-

Blythe:<PICK SOMETHING!> -flails-

Beacon:<So many choices...>

-Blythe flails again, this time falling off-

-Dune comes over to the observation area with a bag full of sandwiches and drinks, as well as a set of 9-Volt batteries for Galvani.-

Galvani: Breep-a weeoo beep!

-Dune looks around the area, trying to spot a familiar face-

Dune: I wonder where Arika is?

Ajax: <Or that remarkable gentleman with Gilgamesh. I thought I saw his sister yesterday for a moment, but that could have been my eyes playing tricks on me.>

Gogie: <Well... Maybe we could start looking after Jacob's challenge, then.>

Lyuri, Sakura, Duke and Grant teleport there thanks to Alden

"Huh, so you really did come here before." said Duke.

"Well, good to see it worked, now you need to bring Rawst here." said Sakura

"Fine, let's go." said Lyuri

Lyuri and Alden then teleport to Humilau, Sakura then glances at one at the screens and sees Jacob's challenge

"Oh no! I've already missed it!" said Sakura, as she quickly went to watch it.

"Huh? He's already there? That was fast." said Grant, accompanying Sakura

"I suppose..." said Duke.

Humilau Pokémon Center

Lyuri appears in the lobby and starts searching for Rawst.
