This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules - tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Huh? Porcupine doesn't look like Dennis Hopeless. This is Porcupine, and this is Dennis Hopeless.

That's him after he lost weight. This is how he used to look like.◊ There are other pics where he had a prominent beard too.

Still doesn't quite look like Porcupine. Porcupine has a much shaggier beard.
Also a much gruffer facial structure.
This week’s Issue of Absolute Carnage felt kinda filler-y to me. It’s fine, but not a lot actually happens in it, and you don’t really learn anything new that hasn’t already been revealed in Tie ins.
So how the heck did Carnage escape the Hulk intact?
Stella ~Part 3 (Atelier Shallie)Does anyone have any ideas for what addressing and resolving OMD would look like?
Pete was ready to propose to MJ in issue 29. Where do you go from here?
Have Mephisto try to prevent their second wedding, having Peter and MJ remember their first marriage (even if it doesn't restore), have Peter kick Mephisto's ass, and then have them get married again.
The storyline can be called "Spider-Man Beats the Devil."

Breaking the Deal is the first OMD fix fic I ever read and I think it's the best idea of what an undoing of OMD would entail.
Is it terrible that I kinda want May to find out?

And then she dies from the shock of finding out! Brilliant irony!
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]I mean, isn't that usually how deals with the devil end up working out?
Still, I think it would be interesting, since I'm pretty sure she would be horrified.

That indeed is a Mephisto special.
I notice Superior doesn't have a 13th issue announced. Will 12 be a finale?
Having a heart attack in response to being told your nephew aborted his daughter and marriage so you could keep living for a few years is the proportional response.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. We are in TV Tropes. That scene had all the taste of a Deadly Deferred Conversation. Do I really have to explain where will the story go now?
Ultimate Secret WarsThis is neat!
"The Kingpin was initially intended to be the biggest of the crime lords that had littered the earlier Spidey book. With John Romita Sr. taking over the artistic chores of Amazing Spider-Man following the shocking departure of Spider-Man co-creator Steve Dikto, he wanted the characters design to reflect that. Here's how he recalls The Kingpin's origins on the special features for the Daredevil movie DVD.
"Stan's procedure used to be, he would leave me a little card on my drawing table saying next month, the character is going to be called The Kingpin. That's all. No description, no limitations, the sky was the limit. All the criminals, the master criminals that Steve Dikto and Jack Kirby had created has a similarity, they all lean, mean looking, moustached with a felt hat and a stripped suit, what I would call the established criminal type. So when he said The Kingpin of Crime, I immediately gave him the most different look I could. I fashioned him after a wall street tycoon baron type."
The Protomen enhanced my life.Someone recreated the Spider-Verse teaser using traditional cell animation and it’s incredible.
Here’s the thread where they go into the process of making it.. They even built their own multiplane rig out of plexiglass plates, a light box, and legos!
Put it in. just realized I originally posted the wrong one

So Spider-Man: Full Circle, the Spider-Man Round Robin book, is coming out this week.
It looks really wild:

Ok, I just read Amazing Mary Jane...the art's great, MJ has a good voice, the interactions with Peter are sweet, sexy, and you can just feel their tangible electricity together even when long-distance...but I just can't believe how absolutely bowled over MJ is by Mysterio's begging and opportunities. It feels off and out-of-character. Were this under any other writer, MJ would be on the first plane back to Peter
It's the only thing preventing me from giving this title a perfect score.
Marvel announces a Daily Bugle mini-series starring Robbie Robertson.
Written by MAT JOHNSON
Art by MACK CHATER
Cover by MARK BAGLEY
SPINNING OUT OF AMAZING SPIDER-MAN!
The journalist must speak truth to power—whether or not it’s wielded responsibly. Helmed by Peter Parker’s mentor, Robbie Robertson, the Daily Bugle staff is at last chasing stories that matter. And in a city under Mayor Wilson Fisk, keeping the public informed is as essential as it is dangerous. Weaving between events in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN and DAREDEVIL, Mat Johnson (Hellblazer Special: Papa Midnite, Incognegro,Loving Day) and Mack Chater (BLACK PANTHER AND THE CREW, Briggs Land) are following a lead into Kingpin and Spider-Man’s past that will change the way you look at the webslinger now, and as his story continues.
Wow, I wonder how they got that one past Old Man Perlmutter.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Any particular reason why he would be against that?
Spider-Man: Full Circle was absolutely bonkers, and I’m still not sure what I actually just read.

I choose to ignore the guy that looks like the writer as her boyfriend
Do agree on the second one. Poor Lindsay, where did she ended up at? :(
Edit: Two top pagers in a row, wtf.
