I have a bunch of exclamations I change every couple of months. For a time I used Mother of Pearl, I used to say Sweet Mother of Mercer and Great Ceaser's Ghost before mother of pearl and I still kind of use sweet mother of mercer.
My current one is Guide Dang It.

My favourite response to statements I want more information on is "How so?" It's just so succinct.
I'm also rather fond of 'indeed' and 'true'.
