Given how messed up the production of both this one and Spectre have been, it's not insane to speculate that the plague might not be the only reason for the constant delays, is it?

At some point, they should just cut their losses and find a streaming service.

I cannot decide which of the Craig-era films has the best song. I don't think the composers are paying much attention to each other either.

• You Know My Name - Bond is too known to be killed
• Another way to die - Bond is fully aware that there's always/another way for him to be killed
• Skyfall - Bond isn't afraid of the sky falling/instant death
• Writing on the Wall - Bond is aware that the... writing is on the wall... ok well...
• No Time to Die - oh come on now

As it turns out, there's plenty of time to die.

Why, what's going on with the production?

The movie's production is locked already, most of the rumors since the first COVID-related change seem to just be there to stir shit up. No one's working on reshoots as far as I know, it's neither Josstice League nor Rise of Skywalker. They invested a shit ton in this movie and they want the best theatrical conditions possible in the West, and it's just not there yet, ask Tenet about it.

Tenet was the test case to see if it's alright to start sending out blockbusters. It clearly didn't do well and so everyone has now cautiously sent their films till next year even when it's not even clear that people and the epidemic will be over then

When the threatres close like this due to not having any new releases it will mean their won't be any cinemas for the new films to show on when the pandemic ends. A vicious cycle .

Quick Update On The Situation: "No Final Decision Made"

Bond's licence to kill has now been updated to include the UK cinema industry.

Watch this movie come out in like 2024 and be totally mediocre, with even the delays they took in order to salvage the script coming up for naught.

And now, a more lighthearted topic: Ever wonder if the economy sucks in the Bondverse? A single guy going around exposing the world's most renowned titans of industry as terrorist masterminds, destroying their infrastructure with copious explosions, and killing them doesn't sound very healthy for the stock market.

I mean, Le Chiffre did try and play the stock market by sponsoring terrorism. Bond stopped him that time but even he can't be everywhere all the time.

At this rate the next bond film will come out before this one.

Technically, From Russia with Love didn't have Bond in the pre-titles, just a SPECTRE agent in a Bond disguise.
