@Ultimatum Well, also Xemnas, but he has the same issue as Xion (namely, would Disney agree to it). X from Mega Man X would be the much more logical choice (especially since Zero already got in as an Assist Trophy), but if you go by the "can't show up in someone else's Final Smash" theory (not totally sure if that's an actual rule or just a wide assumption), he's already deconfirmed.
Oh, in terms a really oddball pick, Xande of Final Fantasy III is another option, but he'd be extremely unlikely - Square Enix doesn't even let him participate in the crossovers that are just his own series (he arguably should have been picked over Cloud of Darkness for Dissidia Final Fantasy).

Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Perhaps if DLC characters and stages are released in packs rather than individually, they can at least encounter their packmates on appropriate stages in Classic Mode.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Xion because representation
New theme music also a boxThe X character could also be Xenoblade. It's the physical disc of Xenoblade Chronicles, but down special can transform it into Xenoblade X (for the rounder edges, dealing blunt damage instead of slicing) and Xenoblade 2 (cannot be swallowed by Kirby).
I'd be down for Xatu. Give it a bunch of counter moves and set-up moves which activate a few seconds after you use them.
Do you understand how LONG a few seconds is?
That's called on-disc DLC and is shit.
Ukrainian Red CrossUm...no it’s not? Most games include compatibility patches so you can play with someone who has the DLC, even if you don’t.
Including the stages in Classic Mode without having purchased them doesn't make sense. The only way a DLC stage would show up in Classic Mode to begin with is if it were part of a DLC fighter's set of battles, in which case the stage and fighter would probably be inseparably bundled anyway.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! Not necessarily. For a random example, the Super Marion maker stage was released before Bayonetta, and could therefore appear in her Classic Mode, if so desired.
I suppose, but I don't see why they would ever do that. All DLC fighters' Classic Mode ladders will likely only consist of the base game and any content featured in the same DLC pack.
Which is why I hope, if we do get DLC fighters and stages, that they're released in packs instead of individually. That way we can at least encounter some of the new fighters and stages in Classic Mode.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That's not how it works. Every time a DLC fighter is released it's downloaded for everyone, otherwise online would become a mess to work out.
The same goes for stages, since in online they're either chosen randomly, or potentially chosen by other players that might have DLC stages.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."I know how the download works. I'm just saying that it doesn't make much sense to me to feature them in modes beyond online battling.
When you buy a DLC character in a fighting game, it's not just the right to play as them you're purchasing, it's also the right to play against them at your leisure, and all other content associated with their presence in the game. If the new fighters and stages could show up in various offline singleplayer modes without having been purchased, then you're giving away a big part of the content for free and then charging full price for what's left behind.
Encountering somebody else's DLC fighter or stage online is fine, you're experiencing the content on the other player's dime; at least somebody paid for the content.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Incidentally, when I tried Tekken 7 during its free EVO weekend, I ran into Noctis, a DLC only character I hadn't bought, in the offline Treasure Battle Mode. For Honor also lets you at least try some of the characters you can't unlock yet (possibly also DLC characters) in practice mode, to see if you might enjoy them, and maybe pay up for them, too. It's basically unintrusive advertising, and including DLC characters you haven't purchased in ways like what were suggested are more of the same.

I don't get trends like this.
It's not creative or anything. Someone just looked at Bowser's "costume", used a generic big tittied anime girl as a template, and than threw the Bowser elements on.
And this is treated like a fucking revelation.
For context: Jrads linked and than deleted a meme about Bowsette, a thing you can Google if you don't know what it is, though it's not safe for work most likely.

Because it's kinda silly and fun? Also I don't get where you're getting "generic big tiddied anime girl" from either considering that it's based on Peach due to the whole Peachette thing.
Nothing wrong with people liking playing with a concept, the fact that it blew up is meme enough in and of itself but it's all in good fun and I rather like it.
plus it's hot as fuck
People just like the design, what's the problem?
Like everything you said about that could be applied to literally any rule 63 artwork...
Nobody's treated it as anything...except for the people acting like it's some sort of devil's minions.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.People do things like this all the time. Like you said, there's a whole art category for it.
Why did this one blow up?
The comic it "originated" from was popular...
Also humanification.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. This one blew up in particular due to the fact that it could feasibly considered canon due to the introduction of "Peachette" in the new port of New Super Mario Bros for the switch that's coming out.
It started out as a joke made by some dude on twitter, and then people really liked the concept and design that he created. So more people made fanart of it- including the mangaka for Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid!
The combination of the item being reasonably canon to the design itself, the fact that it took off and literally became Japan's number one trending topic (And has been for a little while), and that it's really hot all added together to create an incredible meme. It definitely doesn't hurt that the design is particularly striking and honestly unique.

"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeUnique?
It's an anime girl with the typical whispy anime girl features and proportions, plus horns and a turtle shell. It's every other gijinka ever made, but Bowser this time. If you like it cool, but I'm also not seeing what's unique about it at all.
Edited by Hashil on Sep 24th 2018 at 11:41:18 AM
Well, drawn in the anime style...it's not unique at all, which is obvious.
Should've stuck to just "striking"...
Proportions based on the artist, which is also a given.

I'm sure they can make it so that you can play on a DLC stage in Classic Mode without forcing you to buy that stage.
