I wrote this article entirely by myself. As in, Wikipedia did not have an article on this topic until I started it. I also got it to "good article" entirely by myself.
Well shit, now I'm gonna be up all night trying to figure out what the hell sort of document would cite both Latin for Dummies (three times) and the Necronomicon (twice) within what appears to be the first few pages.

Peace is the only battle worth waging.I had to revert a bunch of vandalism from some guy who has a vendetta against Alan Jackson. Same guy has also vandalized setlist directories to make it sound like one of the twangiest, most traditional singers of The '90s is a sellout who covers Akon and Wiz Khalifa in concert, and has the same reputation as Nickelback.
I've also seen this same guy shit in a couple country blogs' comment sections too. He also posts random hatred on Twitter.
The page on the tallest US presidents has a really passive-aggressive combination where it lists Trump's claimed height of 6'3 right next to Obama's measured height of 6'1, and then displays a picture right next the graph of them standing next to each other on equal elevation... with Obama appearing as tall as Trump if not taller.
I didn't know Donald Trump edits Wikipedia
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isOne of his staffers most likely
New theme music also a boxNo kidding
HiAnd yet apparently Komodo dragons *are*, in fact, dragons.

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it isand they totally breath fire
New theme music also a boxMaybe I'm looking into it too much but (assuming it was intentional) I appreciate the passive-aggressive vibe on the page for rhinos when after saying why people poach them for their horns (i.e. medicine) it also notes
As if to say "just use hair and fingernails instead, jeez."
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaI just had another run-in with the Alan Jackson vandal.
How bored do you have to be to vandalize Wikipedia and make it look like a legendary country music singer has done covers of Wiz Khalifa in concert?
From the article on Outburst (a game that involves players listing items in a category):
The guy who keeps spreading his Alan Jackson vandalism has spread to both Simple Wikipedia (written in simpler English for people who are just learning the language) and Spanish Wikipedia.
Unfortunately for him, I'm fluent enough in Spanish to stop him too.
Seriously, how big a grudge does someone have to have in order to keep spreading the same blatant misinformation about a major label singer for years on end? To so many sites no less? I honestly think this guy is one blocked sockpuppet account away from being a legit threat.
As you may know, Wikipedia pages on comic book characters tend to have a section listing their superpowers or unique abilities.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaSo this is a thing. It’s pretty funny , but I don’t really envy the Wikipedia admins for having to deal with this mess.
This account is dead. I’ve said a lot of dumb things in the past and I wish to forget them. I’m sorry if I’ve ever hurt anyone. The first quote given under the Wiktionary entry for "/" is a set of oddly familiar lyrics.
Someone vandalized the Pixar article to say that the studio was founded by Hitler & other outrageous statements. Most of it was lazy 3edgy5me humor, but renaming the studio Splodey Boi made me laugh.
Peace is the only battle worth waging. From the entry on Big Bad Wolf:
I hope essays count, because I found this gem under their Humorous essays category.

I love their "Did you know..." section for 1st of April. We are told that squirrels may be a cybersecurity threat, with "suspect pictured", that Patsy king of Ireland is recently deceased, that 1,900 people a day rode the South Union Lake Streetcar, usually known by the acronym, and a mud pie is not to be eaten. As far as I can tell, they are all real articles.
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years.Today's featured article is Ontario's King's Highway 420.
Oh ha ha.
"The Headless Horseman is a mythical figure who has appeared in folklore around the world since at least the Middle Ages.[1] The Headless Horseman is traditionally depicted as a man upon horseback who is missing his head"

Of particular note is Lovecraft's short story "Ibid".
