Hey guys, I'm Caliburn_Absolute. I'm from the US, and I'm really big on video games and internet reviews. I came to TV Tropes while I was looking up a Let's Player I was a big fan of a few years back, but we all know what one visit to TV Tropes does to a man. I will admit, though, this place is really helping me as a writer, and it introduced me to so many things I wouldn't have been interested in/heard of otherwise, so this site holds a place in my heart.

I mostly play JRP Gs like Shin Megami Tensei, Fire Emblem, and Pokemon, and I also watch internet reviews by people like The Nostalgia Critic. I've also been trying my hand at writing, and I'd say I'm not half bad at it.

Anyhow, I'm not the most social person on the internet, but I figured now's a good enough time as any to change that. My account's pretty recent, and I've made like, two or three edits so far, if any of you are wondering. If you guys have some beginner's tips regarding editing or posting, I'd very much appreciate it, thanks in advance!

I'm Swedish and I've been reading TV Tropes for quite a long while, since I'm a sucker for good storytelling and the tools of the trade.

In my spare time I tend to do a lot of gaming (mostly Team Fortress 2), tabletop-RPG and lately I've also been getting into archery & SCA.

Not really a social butterfly, but I make the occasional noise.
