• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • In Yuon's Good End, Essi tells him not to eat so many cream puffs or else he'll get diabetes. Yeah, uh, guess whose brother had that?
  • Early on, Yuon states that he will never break a promise. It's a fairly easy line to forget, especially since Essi doesn't know him well enough to determine whether that's a lie or not, but once you learn about his past, the line suddenly has a lot of significance to his character.
• Ho Yay: One-sided on Acia's part with Emma, Essi's mother. They both graduated from the same school, Emma was Acia's senior, and Acia always held a deep admiration for her. And when Emma teases her about her admiration for Scid, Acia's response is to say that she felt the same way for Emma. Whether it was intentional or not is anyone's guess.
