• Ensemble Dark Horse: Timmy was one on a show centered around another one.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Aardman debuted a new version of the series called It's Timmy Time, which debuted on CBeebies in October 2019. This version has the episodes shown completely Out of Order and cut down to five minutes from the original ten minutes, alongside the iconic theme song being re-dubbed by kids, and a child narrator has been thrown in to explain the characters' actions. Needless to say, many older fans were unimpressed.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: It can be very difficult to tell which animals are supposed to be male/female.
