• Memetic Badass: In- and out-of-show, Ciara's mind-blowing tolerance for alcohol, spicy foods, and gross things (she ate Durian fruit candy without batting an eye!) has inspired many comments pondering just how many insane things she could try without breaking a sweat. Lampshaded by the people she's paired with, who usually become quite frustrated that she's doing fine while they're suffering. As of December 2022, you can add period pain to that list: she stayed perfectly composed (though she admitted to having to speak slower) when using a TENS device to simulate menstrual cramps, making it to level 20 out of 20 while barely showing it on her face (newer TRYer Saifa also made it to 20, but her reactions were much broader and expressive. Callyann, by contrast, bowed out at level 15).
  Dermot: Is Ciara in this video?...Goddammit, she's gonna make us all look like fools...
  • A later video has her offhandedly mention that her older sisters made her eat gravel, which Dermot chalks up as the secret to her ability to eat or drink anything.
• Retroactive Recognition: Dermot had a very small role in Game of Thrones, as the attendant who expresses sympathy to Tommen when the Great Sept is destroyed in "The Winds of Winter", which the other TRY'ers will sometimes mention. He even mentions the specific episode number and season when they're trying Game of Throness-themed Scotch.
  • Marie-Claire and John Sharpson both host children's shows on RTÉ, and Justine Stafford has appeared on several others both as a sketch comedy actor and as an on-location host for travelogue segments.
  • Claire (aka Clisare) and Eamon have both shown up in videos by fellow Irish YouTubers Foil, Arms and Hog.
