• Complete Monster: Ronny "Del" Delaney, the corrupt partner of Cliff Garret, guns Garret down on a drug bust to cover his own dirty dealings, and then guns down the surviving criminals to keep his cover. When Garret, believed dead, infiltrates the mob as a supposed hitman, Del plays two mob outfits against each other before slaughtering any survivors to gain control himself. When he discovers Garret is alive, Del takes a little boy that Garret had befriended and ties him up with an explosive behind Garret's apartment door before attempting to detonate it to kill the boy and Garret together.
