• He Really Can Act: This project was the first big success for Inori Minase, who voiced Jun. She even got the "Best Female Seiyu" award for it in 2015.
• Fan-Preferred Couple: Some viewers expected Jun to end up with Takumi, and were disappointed that he went back to Natsuki instead. The ending indicates that Jun and Daiki become a couple, but both relationships get the traditionally Japanese Maybe Ever After treatment.
• Moe: Jun is simply overloaded with this, especially in childhood.
