• Fridge Logic: If the little girl was the one behind the murders, then who killed her?
  • The fatally wounded father might have killed her in self-defense, and then the authorities might have interpreted that he was the one that killed all the family.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Sarah telling Sam that he shouldn't shut her out because of the possibility of her getting killed because of him. Although she survives the episode, Sarah does indeed get brutally killed in Supernatural S 08 E 22 Clip Show, purely because of her relationship with Sam, who subsequently suffers a Heroic BSoD.
• Paranoia Fuel: How does the ghost kill? By sneaking up on people when they're in bed and slitting their throats in the dark. Note that the killer is a little girl who did this to her own family for no damn reason at all. Keep an eye on your little ones, parents...
