• Audience-Alienating Premise: The main romance in the story concerns a grown man and a young boy who is his adoptive brother. Admittedly, he does grow up over the course of the story, but the initial premise is enough to turn off some audiences to it.
• Incest Yay Shipping: Considering this is a yaoi manga that mainly features (male) relatives, this should not surprise anyone.
