YMMV / Office Uprising

• Cliché Storm: While reception has been mostly positive, most will admit that Office Uprising doesn't do anything new in regards to zombie/zombie-adjacent comedies, with its Wikipedia page even listing at least two other films with similar plots that came out before this one. Desmond in particular is indistinguishable from standard office protagonists, being a young white guy who hates his job, crushes on a cute co-worker and has an ethnic buddy.
• Crosses the Line Twice: About 90% of the office staff are corrupted by the tainted energy drink and experience unbridled rage as a result. As terrifying as their violent outbursts are, they still come across as funny because they act like even bigger douchebags than tthey did the day before.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Zachary Levi starring in a movie whose plot is kicked off by a megacorp distributing experimental chemicals to the public became this when he would later start vocalizing his distrust of Pfizer based on similar logic.
• Squick: Late in the movie Samantha starts having negative reactions to the Zolt, which causes her to vomit excessively and develop skin decomposition.
