- Awesome Music: Norman Felton's Associated Composer Jerry Goldsmith supplied the series rousing theme. Altough it was Lalo Schifrin who scored the pilot episode ("Upbeat and Underground"), but Felton really wanted a Goldsmith theme. (Goldsmith suppled it when he scored the episode "A Jug of Wine, a Loaf of Bread, and POW!")
- Spiritual Successor:
- Garrison's Gorillas, another short-lived World War II series from The '60s in which the heroes go on covert missions against the Nazis.
- And this series itself was something of a successor to The Wild Wild West, another CBS show about spies in a historical era popular with audiences.
