• Broken Base: In regards to the pairings, and for once not in the form of Ship-to-Ship Combat. People have varied opinions of Tali being paired up with Roxas. Some think the pairing is cute, others think that the age difference (Roxas is physically 15 and has only a few months of experience, while Tali is on her Rite of Passage journey, and canonically 22) puts it in No Yay territory, another group is okay for the pairings but doesn't care much, and a last group dislikes the mere presence of pairings altogether. The conflict has faded over time though. The author addressed the issue in their notes at the beginning of Chapter 39, making the point that Roxas/Tali/Xion won the readers' poll by an overwhelming majority.
• Catharsis Factor: Roxas brutally calling out DiZ on his Fantastic Racism towards Nobodies and shutting down any attempts to enforce his will. Considering how DiZ treats Roxas, Xion and Namine in canon - as mere tools to be discarded - the fact that Roxas puts up with none of it comes as very satisfactory to many.
• Epileptic Trees: It is generally assumed that the man in Organization coat selling ice cream on the Citadel and later seen on Rannoch is the Master of Masters.
