• Awesome Music: So much of it, with his first two albums in particular universally hailed as classics, and his following two being very popular as well.
• Crosses the Line Twice: "No Vaseline" basically a line by line dissection of everyone still involved in N.W.A, and it's so over the top at times it wraps back around into being funny. Moreso the fact that Cube basically went One-Man Army mode on all of them with that track alone.
• Memetic Mutation: An internet meme has popped up (decades after the song first came out) with Ice Cube driving a convertible and the caption "It was a good day". Examples can be found here.
  • "Chiggity check yos-elf before ya wreck yo-self"; thanks to Shrek.
• Signature Song: "It Was a Good Day".^note Using clues in the song, the internet fanon is that he's referring to January 20th, 1992.
  • "No Vaseline" is commonly regarded as, debatably, the best diss track of all time.
