• Broken Base: This one was possibly related to the age of the viewers. Diabolic Khaos were more popular at GCW's "Adult's only" shows than their general audience events.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: He got over in Ring of Honor despite the fact he was a sporadically appearing jobber who had never won a match until Jim Cornette made him win one under threat of banishment
• Fan Nickname: His match with Gedo at the 2015 War of the Worlds show (co-promoted with New Japan Pro-Wrestling) was dubbed by fans as the "Battle of the Bookers".
• Narm: The Delirious-Daizee Haze-Rhett Titus love triangle angle was not treated seriously by the fans atteneding ROH shows. Daizee Haze and Delirious were still baby faces who got pops, Titus was a jeered heel, but the angle itself did not get the intended reactions, with Delirous being openly mocked when trying to work it.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: He was at first shielded by Jim Cornette and then overlooked thanks to the Sinclair Broadcast Group but after Cornette left ROH and SBG ownership became accepted as the status quo, fans' dissatisfaction with ROH's real and perceived shortcomings started to get aimed at him, as with every booker since 2008.
