• Archive Panic: Some 3000 strips on the Danbooru site, with more being uploaded frequently, leads to a lot of comics to read.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: Western Fans Love Kogasa-san: The fact that he was invited to Anime Boston by the collectivity of western fans and that he dedicated an arc just for that makes it pretty obvious. He did start having suspicions when a French fan greeted him during an earlier arc, however.
  • This has gone so far as the creator making comments in a couple of this arc's comics on Danbooru (the site that has the translated comics, providing the main way for the west to read them).
• Heartwarming Moments: Pretty much any time Kogasa or Sanae show thankfulness or worry towards each other. One example is when Kogasa gets sick and Sanae stays up to look after her.
  • Even though they were just part of a crowd, Kogasa and Sanae participated in something special.
• Memetic Mutation: The basis for this manga is that Kogasa and Sanae get shipped so often in fandom.
