YMMV / DuckTales (2017) S2 E6 "Last Christmas!"

• Crack Pairing: Beakley flirts with the Ghost of Christmas Future both in the past at the McDuck Industries Christmas party, and in the present when Launchpad's playing the piano. She's a duck-woman, he's a hooded, skeletal being of indeterminate species. This made one of the fans ask the show creators whether Christmas Future is Webby's grandfather, which they deconfirmed (and the series finale would render the idea basically impossible).
• Fanfic Fuel:
  • The young Donald and Della say this is only the fourth weirdest Christmas they've had, and imply they've met time travelling descendants before.
  • If Dewey had told young Della and Donald about the future, what could have happened?
• Harsher in Hindsight: Young Donald's voice actor Russi Taylor actually was having her "last Christmas" when this episode aired, passing away the following July.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot:
  • Matilda, Hortense and Quackmore still make no appearance, despite the plot point of Dewey travelling to the past to meet child versions of Della and Donald — and nor do young Gladstone and young Fethry make any appearances either.
  • Large holiday family-reunions are a staple of the comics, and the show tries to honor that tradition with the final tableau, but it's missing return appearances of Fethry and Gladstone — not to mention other recurring relatives that the show has not yet introduced, but who are known to exist in its universe, such as Grandma Duck.
• Viewer Species Confusion: A lot of viewers mistook the Wendigo for The Krampus.
