  Avon: You believed her?
  Tarrant: Not necessarily. I think it was a gambit to gain my sympathy... in a nervous situation.
  Avon: And she got it too, didn't she? Your sympathy I mean?
  • And is Avon disgusted like the others or just jealous, given his own Foe Romance Subtext with Servalan?
• Awesome Ego: Avon rather likes being selected by the sand as the dominant male.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: "There are no women like me. I am unique." Or as Jaime Lannister would say, "There are no men like me. Only me."
• Robo Ship: Confused by the electrical interference, Orac starts spouting love poetry to Avon.
  Orac: I love you.
  Vila: Orac!
