YMMV / Aladdin (1990)

• Padding: Some of the songs serve little to no purpose other than to flesh out to over an hour.
  Mei-Ling: Tea time, tea time...
• Special Effects Failure: Produced in 1989–90, the chance of a Disney Channel movie having anything beyond mediocre special effects is slim. And it shows.
  • One bad example is when Mei-Ling rubs the lamp, Barry Bostwick clearly jumps out from behind the large rock behind Mei-Ling.
• Questionable Casting: Having a cast of Caucasian actors being in an Imperial China setting, fatefully based on the original story from a famous collection of Middle-Eastern Fairy Tales is a huge problem if this 1990 Disney Channel movie was released modernly.
