It's German for "barber". It'd be funny. Carolus Barbier. The scenes in the concertration camp and/or after those scenes are some kind of a dream or hallucination
It'd explain the impropable and vague ending scene, and excuse the concertration camp scenes. Garbitsch is masterminding everything
Adenoid Hynkel seems somewhat infirm, but the people like him. Garbitsch at several points eggs Hynkel on, and even looks like he's directing him. There will be a civil war
Some Tomainians could accept "Hynkel"'s sudden change in policies, but lots of people are not going to. There would be at least two factions - those who will keep following "Hynkel" for whatever reason, and those who will oppose "Hynkel"'s new decisions. The Barber and Adenoid Hynkel are actually identical twins
