A victim can be saved from a False Artifact before it's too late
The digestion of the False Artifact is said to take years, and it's even stated that starvation is a more pressing concern. Even though the entry says nothing about being able to free a victim from a False Artifact, what's stopping you from taking a hammer and smashing it open to save the victim? After all, if the False Artifact were to take a form of an old vintage TV, you could probably smash the glass to get the victim out.
  • HSH probably doesn't endorse dealing with fae creatures violently given that the HSH consists of The Fair Folk themselves and is in a sense, biased towards them.
    • Yet, they do endorse taking an iron impediment and using it to smash the mirror of a Mirror Nymph. Then again, there's a chance that said fae could fix their mirror somehow.
  • The victim probably suffocated to death. I can't imagine a creature taking the form of a TV having enough oxygen in its gullet to sustain breathing for more than a few minutes.

The Leprechauns of this game were once typical Leprechauns, but something happened to them
As we all know, typical Leprechauns are short little men that wear green clothing that can be pretty mischievous. Here, Leprechauns are strange tan creatures with long hair that eat metals of all sorts. There's a chance that these freakish variants of Leprechauns were hit with some sort of curse to make them look that way. How exactly is up to the player.

Home Safety Hotline is part of the cause of all of the supernatural events that happen
Seeing how the company Home Safety Hotline consists of The Fair Folk, there's a chance they could be part of the cause of all of the horror and chaos that has been ensuing in peoples homes. It would be a genius way of making money off of people who have to deal with all of the creatures and magic in their homes. The same can be said about their other strange products they sell, which include the Tamed River Root, the Fresh Hag Hide, and the Glamour Stone, which have magic properties to them.

The mystery of the Whistling Fungi
It is never stated exactly why you should evacuate your home when the Whistling Fungi start to harmonize. The only hint we get is indiscernible and strained groaning if you were to fail to give Carla (the caller who had this problem) the correct information. Here are some possible theories as to what the Whistling Fungi can cause to anyone listening:

  1. The Whistling Fungi release a slow-working toxin as they sing, and after inhaling enough of this toxin, the victim will suffer major health issues.
  2. The fungi actually has a slow-working dark magic that will effect the victim after listening to the music enough.
  3. Perhaps the fungi doesn't have any toxins or magic of any kind, as the victim who listens to it will just go mad after having to listen to it all day and night.
  4. The Whistling Fungi's whistling in unison means it's time for them to release their spores. Carla might have had been infested by their spores and had mushrooms growing from inside her throat, hence causing her to be unable to say anything else other than strained groaning.

HSH used a Dorcha to deliver you to the fae promotion ceremony in the forest
The very final riddle (and final question of the game) before the good ending has the Dorcha as the answer. As an entity that delivers people it seeks, it was tasked by Carol to seek for you and deliver you to her. Furthermore, those it delivers are never seen again... and in this case, it was because you were promoted from a human to one of The Fair Folk.

There will be a sequel or DLC that adds in more creatures
This will include more fae and creatures from other mythologies with fairy-like beings, like yokai from Japan. It might also include considerably more dangerous creatures, like dragons, giants, or demons, who might even endanger the company if not dealt with properly.
