The Norwood Suite is a 2017 Environmental Narrative Game by developer Cosmo D.
The game provides examples of:
- Fetch Quest: most of the gameplay revolves around listening to conversations, then bringing characters what they need to complete their tasks.
- Gainax Ending: the game ends with you finally delivering a CD to DJ Bogart, who invites you to listen to it with him. Once it begins to play, Bogart's head explodes, revealing him to be a robot. Then Norwood's former bandmate, last seen terminally ill in bed, bursts into the room and slowly walks towards you, as if to give you a hug.
- Insufferable Genius: Peter Norwood. While never seen, the notes scattered about indicate that Norwood drove away his peers and students long before he vanished.
