Greetings Tropers!

Being as I am a humble British university student, I am most pleased to make your acquaintance!

(And yes, in case you haven't guessed, I am a frequent user of Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness.)

This Troper contains examples of:

  • Celebrity Resemblance: I look a lot like Zachary Quinto. I know this for sure because half my old school (i.e. around 500 kids) thought of this independantly of each other. This turned into a Running Gag of epic proportions throughout the entire school, which only increased when the new Star Trek film came out.
  • Everythings Better With Platypi: A firm belief of mine. Those few who have heard of Bruce, the winged angellically-possessed demon-killing platypus on a sneaking mission from an In Nomine campaign know why.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname(s): During the second half of secondary school, I think I can count on one hand the number of times someone actually used my real name, largely due to the Celebrity Resemblance above. Instead, I was Sylar, Spock or Chief Science Officer (the last when people were trying to get me to help them with anything sciency). Also an odd case of this, in which one of my nicknames was in fact my middle name, of which The Nicknamer was completely unaware.
  • What the Fu Are You Doing?: Inverted (sort of). I've never pretended to have any martial arts training, but my reflexes tend to act oddly. Occasionally someone will jokingly grab me from behind, and (somehow, I never really know how) I automatically break their grip, spin around behind them and get them in something vaguely resembling a hold. Anyone watching always insists I "must know kung-fu or something", however much I deny it. Of course, none of my friends who actually know martial arts are ever around to see it, so I have yet to hear an informed opinion...
  • Xtreme Kool Letterz: Basically how I came up with my handle. A few years ago, I wanted a name that sounded like a Large Ham B-movie villain, so I came up with it by stringing together consonants then adding appropriate vowels (For the record, it's a hard K, followed by rolling the R, hissing the S then spitting out the T. If it doesn't sound silly, you're doing it wrong.)
