Star-Derailing Role: The film arguably killed Belinda Mayne's potential future as a leading lady. Being in one sleazy, exploitive role after another did not do well for her reputation as an actress, and White Fire seems to have been the final straw. Since then, she's mostly appeared in minor film roles and on television, most prominently as the titular Chimeron queen in the Doctor Who episode "Delta and the Bannermen".
