• Acting for Two: In addition to playing Lord Seacroft, Charles Gray also played his soon-to-be departed father in "Decline and Fall".
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Despite existing in ITV's archives, the series has never been shown since 1973, released on VHS or DVD, or made available on any streaming services.
• Screwed by the Network: The series wasn't fully networked across ITV's regions concurrently; ATV aired the series a month after Anglia Television did. This made it harder for the series to gain followers and may have been to blame for the lack of a second series.
