- Keep Circulating the Tapes: 11 of the 34 episodes have been officially released on various DVDs and digital platforms in the US, and there was a UK VHS release containing twelve sub-segments. For the other episodes, you'll have to dig around. Averted as of April 2019, when the whole series was released on the Boomerang streaming service.
- The Just Say No special received a VHS release, but has not been reissued since either.
- Kids' Meal Toy:
- Pizza Hut sold character glasses of Freddy, Barney, Wilma, and Betty in 1987.
- McDonald's sold dinosaur-shaped race cars with interchangeable figures of Freddy, Barney, Wilma, and Betty in 1988.
- The Other Darrin: Lennie Weinrib voiced Freddy Flintstone in season 1, and Scott Menville took over in season 2. This turned for the better, as Scott was closer to Fred in age, thus sounding more believable.
