- Screwed by the Network: While it was never a ratings hit (being on the Friday Night Death Slot and all), The Cool Kids did manage to get a decent fan following. A second season was planned, but the show got caught up in the sale of 20th Century Fox to Disney, resulting in its cancellation. Not only that, but because WWE SmackDown was on its way, there was no other room for the show to continue on a different slot.
