• Cancellation: As mentioned on the main page, this game is no longer accessible since February 15, 2017. No clear reason is given for its shutdown.
• Creator's Favorite: It seems that this game's playable roster favors Pokémon and Dragon Ball characters, as the number of them (11 from Pokémon, about 9 from Dragon Ball) exceeds even the number of playable Mario characters, despite being supposedly a Mario game (to compare, there are only 7 playable characters from the Mario universe, not counting assists). Sure the Mario universe makes up for it by having a Mario-based setting and the enemies list is even dominated by Mario-based ones, but still...
  • Speaking of Pokémon, all playable Pokémon sans Lucario originated from Gen I. Combined with the seemingly-random inclusions of Alakazam and Dragonite, the developer(s) seemed to favor Pokémon from that generation. Though it is also possible that the decision is simply because of Gen I's popularity with the general public.
• What Could Have Been: Originally, all five fighters could be deployed at the same time, no "companion swap" feature existed. The system was later changed.
