• Completely Different Title: The game was originally released in France as Les Aventures de Sherlock Holmes : La Nuit des sacrifiés (The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: The Night of the Sacrificed), though now the game is only sold online in France as the remastered version, under its original, untranslated title.
• Release Date Change: The remake's initial date was on February 2023 but Frogwares moved the game's release to April 11, 2023.
• Troubled Production: Considering that Frogwares studio is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, the production of the remake started during the Russian-Ukraine war, and the game's release was delayed due to power outages and bombings. Frogwares revealed the bleak circumstances during the production and how they're working very hard to finish the game before release.
