  • Acting for Two: The later episodes have Chris Jai Alex voicing Radley and Starty, both of which talk to each other occasionally.
  • No Budget: It's pretty clear from the animation that there wasn't much of a budget put into this show. Ironic, given the title and the premise.
  • The Other Darrin: Kevin Brief (credited as Guy Pinkham) replaced Warren Buffet as himself in the later episodes, and Brief's performance is noticeably higher than Buffet's. Chris Jai Alex also replaced Ogie Banks as the voice of Radley in the later episodes.
  • Screwed by the Network: Was suddenly cancelled (by the Hub) on October 13th, 2013, after 1 season, leaving four episodes unaired.
  • What Could Have Been: As shown in PBS' TV show Money Track, the series' pilot was initially produced by DiC Entertainment (pre-cursor to A Squared Entertainment, whom produced the final show). While the premise and majority of the characters remained the same, the voice cast, crew, animation and even some of the character designs were vastly different. Sneak peeks of the pilot, as well as behind-the-scene footage, was shown in that episode.
    • The majority of the cast were local schoolchildren based in Omaha, Nebraska (which not only was common in some of Dic Entertainment's properties, but it was also in reference to Buffet having been born from and owning a house there). Also unlike the series, Buffet recorded with the cast in an ensemble.
    • Lisa was initially a boy named Connor, whom was more pessimistic in losing money.
    • The pilot would've involved the gang rescuing a bankrupt candy shop from a sleazy businessman named Mr. Shady. Supposed elements that would've been shown in the pilot include a '60s flashback of a hippie-dressed Buffett in a Woodstock-esque music concert selling T-shirts.
