• Easter Egg: The four girls watching the match on television are Wonder Girl, Artemis, Zatanna, and Miss Martian from Young Justice (2010). Considering that Brandon Vietti produced and directed the movie, this is no surprise.
• Edited for Syndication: The Cartoon Network broadcast of the movie removes all references to WrestleMania (including the title, which is changed to Scooby-Doo WWE Mystery), replacing it with SuperStarMania. The broadcast first aired in July, and there is a high chance that future broadcasts will not air within the January-March corridor where advertising for that particular supercard is relevant.
• Milestone Celebration:
  • This movie is made in celebration of WrestleMania XXX.
  • Alongside Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy, this movie also commemorates the 45th anniversary of the franchise.
• Voices in One Room: Played with. Given that we only saw one behind the scenes video with the WWE guest stars and not the gang, it's believed that the cast most likely recorded in two groups, the WWE guest stars on one end, and both the gang's voice actors and the supporting voice actors on the other end.
