  • Colbert Bump: A clip of the Beatboxing Puppy music video went viral in mid 2023 on Twitter and Tumblr which is what initially spurred people to watch it. In early 2024, Kurtis Conner's video reviewing the film as "the most insane animated movie ever made" reignited another wave of people curious to see the film for themselves.
  • Creator Breakdown: Calobi did not take the lack of views on his film well when comparing it to other indie animation that came out at the time, and threw a fit on Twitter insisting his work was far superior.
  • No Such Thing as Bad Publicity: Despite these public meltdowns, mockery from the internet at large, and information about Calobi's own past as an art thief and tracer coming to light, this has only worked to bring more people to the film just to see what all the fuss is about.
  • Re-Cut: A while after the movie's original release, it was privated and eventually replaced with a newer version of the film. Most of it is the same, but there were a few notable changes:
    • The opening narration is done by a child version of Paige (with a completely different accent that she apparently lost when moving between countries)
    • The scene where Mist subdues a stick figure and then defeats the Ninja Wizard plays later in the film instead of being The Teaser at the end of the opening narration.
    • The First Drawing has a notably different voice and Calobi encounters them in a bright eastern-themed area instead of a jungle scene.
    • The Final Battle is significantly longer than the original version, featuring a few new scenes, including Super Mode Calobi saving the group from a horde of Stick figures, The Announcer, The First Drawing, and Beatboxing Puppy being attacked by Mist's whale, Paige chasing Mist through a multitude of scenes (which also repeats an edited version of Mist's monologue throughout), and Mist using an art style to prevent his death, which prompts his Heel–Face Turn (being eaten by the Orca killed him in the original version)
    • The credits sequence features a much smaller font and scrolls up to multiple credits at a time instead of fading into the next individual credit. It also omits the ending speech the original had.
  • Throw It In!: The First Artist's speech to Calobi is obviously ad-libbed.
