• Fake American: British actress Zuleikha Robinson as Eva Marquez.
• Fake Nationality: Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, a Dane, plays a Dutchman.
• Screwed by the Network: Fox changed their minds about the show after ads had already been out for months and several episodes made, and it never would have aired at all if the writer's strike hadn't left them desperate for material.
• Un-Cancelled: The series was canceled by Fox before the first episode even aired. However, they ended up airing it due to the WGA strike and it got a fairly good response. But it is FOX, so they rendered the show gone just the same.
