  • Rome-born Francesco Quinn and London-born Vincent Riotta both play Palestinian terrorists in this episode.
  • Vladimir Skomarovsky was born in Ukraine when it was part of the Soviet Union. In this episode he plays an Israeli bigwig.
• You Look Familiar:
  • Steven Anderson was Assistant Secretary of State David Bair in "Smoked" and "The Prisoner". He will return in a later episode to play a reverend.
  • Anthony Azizi will return in a later episode to play an Air Force lieutenant, and a different character on NCIS: Los Angeles.
  • Larry Bagby III plays a security guard in this episode, he will play the young Harry Drax in a later two-parter (William Lucking plays the contemporary Harry Drax). On NCIS he will play Craig Wilson in one episode.
  • Said Faraj won't appear in any more JAG episodes, but he will appear in one episode each of NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans.
