• All-Star Cast: While the original Japanese sub was a darkhorse cast, the English dub has quite the all star cast, while discounting Edward Mendoza, the rest are either new rising stars or old veteran pros.
• Darkhorse Casting: The members of Team Percival—i.e., the lead characters formally introduced before the titular Four Knights are brought together—are all voiced by unknowns and relative newcomers: Shou Komura (Percival), Kikunosuke Toya (Donny), Aino Shimada (Nasiens), and Kanna Nakamura (Anne). Meanwhile, the rest of the new characters are voiced by big names such as Kōki Uchiyama (Sin), Toshiyuki Morikawa (Ironside), Rikiya Koyama (Pellegarde), and Akio Ōtsuka (Varghese).
• Spoiled by the Cast List: The anime's casting of Kōki Uchiyama and Aleks Le as Sin makes it easier for viewers who watched The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh to figure out that Sin is actually Lancelot, Ban's son, in disguise.
