  • Fountain of Expies: Dooly is one of the most popular characters in Korea.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Dooly Bravo Land, a 1992 Nintendo Entertainment System video game only released in South Korea, is notable for being so rare and hard to find, that it didn't even get dumped into a playable and emulatable ROM until 2017, a full 25 years after the game was released. note
  • No Export for You: Dooly doesn't get much exposure outside of South Korea or translated in many languages other than Korean, but there has been a few attempts at reaching out outside of Dooly's home country:
    • The licensed note  1991 Sega Master System tie-in video game based on the cartoon was planned to be released in America by Innovation Technologies in 1993 (as part of a planned deal with the game's developer Daou Infosys to distribute the rest of their games in America) under the translated title "The Dinosaur Dooley" , but was cancelled at the last minute. A prototype American-localized ROM of the game was eventually uncovered and leaked online.
    • An English dub of unknown origin for the 1996 Dooly film was recorded, but that dub hasn't seen any known official release outside of South Korea. Currently the movie's English dub is only officially accessible by changing the language audio settings on the Korean DVD release (which luckily is region-free). The movie has seen an official 1998 release in Germany under the translated German title "Dooly, der Kleine Dino" distributed by Vision Film (now Neue Visionen), though.
